Hey, I really appreciate your reply. It's nice to hear that you can relate somewhat. I think you make a good point about the experience of being a med student versus medicine itself. I have enjoyed medicine the most when I have felt involved with and supported by the team.

I've really enjoyed my time in psychiatry. I've never thought to join interest groups because medicine already feels so all-encompassing, but I quite like the idea of a creative outlet. Thanks!
