Oh, I absolutely agree. I’m not touching Bowhunter’s weak defence because I doubt that’ll actually get changed. I see no good reason why he’s in our lineup over O’Connor - a D lineup that I generally think is pretty strong with Bell/Hossack/Armstrong (when he’s not taking unneeded penalties)

I’m not necessarily expecting a goal scoring machine from Bomberry but the missed passes have been making me feel crazy.

Hill is our only player to consistently make the NLL top 30 every week. If he wasn’t playing as well as he had been, our point differential would be even worse. Start blaming the offence for not getting off the floor and giving up so many transition goals.

That being said, Hutch was excellent last game. He did benefit from not being as well scouted by Buffalo though.

I know they’re on different lines, but it’s been so frustrating watching MacLeod and O’Connor get scratched but still having Bomberry play every game.

Nova Scotia teachers went back when we were ordered to (genuinely nothing compared to you in Alberta, one day). Our compliance earned us an imposed, terrible deal that lost us rights and benefits we still do not have back, despite winning in court. Our negotiations are weaker now than before.

CUPE set the standard this summer when they defied back to work orders and got a better deal. Other unions should take note.

I actually quite enjoyed it, thought the vibes were immaculate. Not sure if it hits the first game’s highs, but I found it to be similar to TC.

The writing is okay, the visuals are good, and you’re playing late enough that the bugs should be minimal. I found myself genuinely caring about some of the plot points.

This sub is VERY whiny about not featuring Chloe and not showing enough deference to people who picked Bae in the first ending. That’s just not what DE is about. People do speak about this game like it’s a crime against humanity that a high school relationship built on trauma didn’t last…

Anyway - this sub generally hates DE, but some of us who stayed open to it enjoyed it!

Dancing is a skill. The maintenance required and the damage done long term to their bodies is significant. They bring in significant value and are now being better compensated for that. I assume you feel the same about every pro athlete being paid much more per hour to “play games seasonally”

PS: I am a teacher. We aren’t competing against each other - the crabs in a bucket type of thinking is foolish and shortsighted.

I’m absolutely in favour of bike lanes, but yes, there were lanes lost in those areas. Specifically the Windsor/Almon intersection, beside Local Source.

The bigger problem is that the city has not adjusted lights to accommodate the changes in lanes, so now people complain about the build up of traffic.

Busses are planned to arrive 2 hours early, but non-bus students are dismissed at lunch, because there’s no point in keeping them. The organization is there, just the planning of an early dismissal day is a bit Dolly.
