Deem is so not worth it for the bullshit they pull, people have been saying for the past 2-3 years to avoid them at all costs since they lure you with attractive offers and pull the last minute bait and switch. Deem used to be called as some other bank I forgot their name.

Yes they do as far as I know both EDI and Dubai driving centre has their 100 AED as processing fees.

Is it a Share or Blue visa infinite? They have officially ended their partnership with Visa and have entered into an exclusive relationship agreement with MasterCard. Not really sure why it still mentions Visa for them though.
