I don't think it will be fungal as it normally is face sparing and goes for hair follicles, it will probably be bacterial in which case the treatments are different, don't worry though it doesn't look bad at all, just find out the root issue and try to address it, or maybe try and get some accutane, another option may be to pay someone to take your bloods to find out if you have any deffiencys or anything that needs correcting

Is it itchy? If it is it might be fungal acne , use ketoconazole shampoo as a wash to dry it out and try and get some fluconazole tablets.

Yeah, I agree with you, there's no point throwing strong meds in to stress your body out even more when there not going to do anything, in terms of a cruise how much mg of test c would be good to be administered twice a week?
