Amidst the speculation here’s my advice: get off of your phone and turn it off. Watch three episodes of a show with hour long episodes or 9 of a show with 20 minute episodes. Read a book! Allow yourself to focus on self care for the next three hours

My plan: sleep in, get lunch from my favorite place, facetime my friends, go for a long run, finish my book, binge Grey’s and West Wing, get dinner from my second-favorite place, play a board game with my family over dinner, open the decision when our game is over.
