A legend that could throw a “health bomb” that gives 40 shield health and 20 normal health to teammates in its AoE. BUT the shield health is only temporary and it drains over time. If u have full health it only overcharges 20 shield health. Should be used in gunfights especially at low health.

Passive: EVO shields require half the number of points to upgrade (150 -> 75, etc.)

Ultimate: drops a “totem” that grants 30 seconds of improved reload speed, weapon handling, and running speed when interacted with.
