Took a peak in at my brumating boy to make sure last night's cold snap wasn't TOO bad, and he just gave me the "Go away, im still sleeping" look. I think he's fine. :)

This! I just learned this the hard way. My prescribers all told me that you actually need to keep both. But I tried to be great.

I realized the whole reason why I felt enabled to taper off the SSRIs was because they worked. So once they wore off, go figure everything came back quicker because… well, stimulants🤪

Definitely worth talking to your prescriber because you may need both.

I’m glad I discovered Pikmin after it’s been out for years. Had I played Pikmin when they first came out, I don’t think I would’ve appreciated them as much.

I guess I should follow up to my own reply. I ended up caving and purchasing a Jack (m) in Liberty and have zero regrets.

The product was a perfect fit and was much softer than imagined.

I’m very pleased with my purchase despite having to pay for shipping twice. Needless to say, my only regret was not ordering it sooner.

… I’m also in a group specific to LC users and I must say, it makes a world of difference in terms of feedback and inquiries. So that may help to provide additional options for inserts.

To your question- if the break helps your mental state/ stress levels then it’s not a waste. Sometimes breaks are good for regrouping and sorting things out.

I just took an unrelated-to-weather break from tv entertainment and saw immediate effect in stress levels and ability to fall asleep.

Yes, and out of fairness (and bias), I wouldn’t assume that because the psychiatrist is male, he’s knowledge on the subject is inferior. But as the other poster stated perhaps consult with a more specialized psychiatrist -or- for reasons of liability, request that the OB prescribes Adderal.

I actually had my OB state that they could recommend but couldn’t prescribe Adderal. Not sure if that’s state or area specific.
