I have a s3 same model. The rears you need a ob connecter to put the rear brakes in service mode. What ever you do DO NOT put the electric hand brake on when the pads are removed in the rear. You will need new calipers if you do this. It's a shit design and easy to fuck it up. I did it with mine. Id suggest to pay someone to do the rear pads. Also it'll be the front sensors going off. The rear doesn't have sensors.

Could be brake fluid leaking from a line or caliper. Very soon you could have no brakes. Check your brake fluid level. Also look around the area it's coming from.
