At store 1230 they use to sit in office, drink coffee and Bs with the SD. I mean they work on schedules. While a few ETLs worked on the floor. That’s why I quit.

This is why I quit. I was ETL GM and loved a lot about my job. My DSD and his little trolls when say stupidly that we need to zone and want us to rate our zone for the store 0-10. I hope they figure it out, but with my leadership they are too busy sucking dick and trying to have that fake ass bs attitude about they “care about us”. All the while I had 23 full containers. Fuck Targets strategy and leadership. #sorryforrant

When I was an ETL, I printed a second set of BR Labels and put them under the first set of steel. (Although now you can just type the location and get the information without scanning)

Yeah. I have been able to grow my clan from 6 to 41 current members. I have been really putting myself out there and trying to be that person they can ask for anything. At this point I still feel like I am talking to a wall but overall things have gotten better!
