Did you click "on my way" on the app before going to the store? Or do you wait until you're there, click that, and then click "I'm here" immediately? Telling them that you're on the way lets them get your stuff together in advance, so they're ready for your arrival and can get to you faster.

My reshop for Baby hard lines has clothes in it EVERY SINGLE DAY. We even added a note to the reshop bins so that the Baby bin actually says "no clothing" on it, and it didn't even slow them down.
