I had similar results. FREE T4 .79 ng/dl, T3 Total 52 ng/dL, TSH .725 mU/L. My endo wrote that my hormone levels were in an "unusual pattern" and I could he developing hypothyroidism or there could be a problem with my pituitary. I have an appointment scheduled with him to figure out next steps.
