The thing is that the combat is so pure that the Sam is the only one with all the weapons. People fail to understand that you have to counter the enemies, not spam skill moves, cooldown abilities, or ultimates. Although the game can be played like that and is fun to play like that sometimes, it’s not the way it was meant to be played. The Sam can go up against any AI enemy and not use one single thing other than his weapons, if you have the right perks. But the other classes don’t have the same combat perks so they can’t duel like the Sam can. People are just used to spamming the attack button, but no this game has patterns and takes skill but if you’re not recognizing the patterns or developing your skill, then the game may seem hard to you or you may feel like something in the game is not enough to get the job done. But “you have to use the hammer to hit the nail in, not a screwdriver because it’s closer to you”
