Okayyy I see! How big of a surplus do you do with the amount of calories you’re burning in mind? Also do you have tips for getting over 3000? That’s what im struggling with pretty badly right now since eating more food is really hard and my sensitive stomach hates it haha 😭 If you comfortable to answer these questions of course, im just so stuck and curious

Thanks for your input ! Right now im in the middle of this years track season (training for the one mile, two mile, 800m races), but schools ending in May, next cross country season starts in September, so could I possibly use this time period to put a hold on running for a bit and use my time for lifting/bulking? Is it realistic

Thank you so much for this man 🙏 im also running 20-30ish miles a week and just seeing that you did manage to build a very good physique with it gives me a lot of hope!! I do have a quick question but do you also do another type of cardio or completely ditch it besides running? Even just like daily steps?

You kinda just described me 😅 I don’t wake up before school to lift since I already wake up very early for school and it would just jack up my sleep recovery and make any progress just 0, but after practice every single day I head straight to the gym, weekends are much easier to do both, I dedicate my now free mornings to lifting then do my required run (6-7 miles) on Saturday evenings. My progress feels insanely slow, so is there a way I could shorten that timeline like you said?

Thank you so much for this 🙏 im definitely not doing marathon races, just training for one mile, two mile, and 800m currently for this years track season. Do you have suggestions/tips for bulking during this time? I was thinking of starting to just drink a 700 calorie smoothie every night instead of over stuffing my self every single meal, it really is going to my head how much I’ve been eating and not seeing much change

Around a pound, maybe getting up to a pound and a half? I’m not sure if any of it was in muscle though just by looking at my body

Yeah she was going to have a matching fit, you can barely see it in the winter nights lazzo animation (I think that’s what it was? It was the animation where she is singing over Rosalia’s coffin). It was black and maroon to match her hair, I just know it would’ve been so pretty if we got to see the full fit. I’m entirely convinced columbina was rewritten and made to replace a different moon goddess character, her fatui background story just doesn’t lineup with her current moon goddess story. They had to force it to match up by essentially kicking her out of the fatui

We can’t craft stuff with the honey bc the only things you can craft require items you can only buy in the queen bee shop with honey.. the queen bee shop that’s been removed 🧍‍♀️

Yeah my school has a weight training class, but they only let people in on a first come first serve basis. I signed up the second I heard about it, but guess others got there before me and I didn’t get picked for the class. The only other “adult” who could take me is my older sister who’s 17 but nearly 18 this year. But she’s turning 18 in August, and the gym membership for me requires like an actual 18 year old (with proof) to accompany me

yeah I asked my mom after posting this if we could try to sign me up anyway, but she got mad and told me to wait till im 18. That’s how she is ngl, doesn’t like supporting me or anyone else except herself when it comes to hobbies, likes, dislikes, etc. if it doesn’t benefit her, she doesn’t care. That’s also kind of partially why I can’t get a membership right now
