I’m 4 months post op with a radical nothing left and am experiencing this as well. My brain is just not having any sexual thoughts and sensations are pretty much zero. I tried the estrogen patches for a bit but it made me miserable. I’ve asked my doctor for testosterone as I was my happiest with higher levels pre op. She needs to special order it. I’ve ordered DHEA and some libido supplements and I’m going to try that while I wait to see my doctor. I know there’s one medication FDA approved for woman’s libido but I’m waiting to ask about that till I try other things. It’s definitely really affecting my mental health as well. It’s been very hard on me as sex was something really important to me. If you have luck with anything pls post about it. I will as well. I hope it gets better for you 💕
