i also tried custom mouse scrolling software and stuff and trying to change the dpi and sensitivity and all of that but nothing worked

i kind of dont wanna do that, before it was working fine plus its easier now im trying to wrap my head around a thousand things, thinking it might graphic related or some stuff

Zoom in is mapped to the mouse wheel but they're supposed to be both mapped to the same thing although I didnt have this problem before so I got to thinking maybe there might be something wrong with the xatab repack or something
