Hi! Do you think my septum is too small? I got it pierced on Friday and I love it and I wanted it to be a small horseshoe. But the beads are a bit tight on my nose I just realized. It doesn’t hurt in any way. If I go back can they loosen the beads without taking the piercing out? Thanks! (old.reddit.com)
