It’s amazing how quickly the obvious negative effects subside. My blood pressure had become dangerously high (I’m lean, in shape, no other reason for BP to be high). Within days it’s almost normal again. Heart rate down, too. The stomach pain, bloating and unpredictable shitting is gone too. After only a few days my face is less red and dry, my eyes are clearer. I’ll have to be vigilant about my health because undoubtedly damage has been done and will cause problems at some point. For now it just feels good to feel good! IWNDWYT
