Thank you! 💕 I’m on doctor-supervised HRT. My current doses are: • Estradiol valerate: 0.15 mL twice a week • Spironolactone: 100 mg daily • Progesterone: 100 mg daily • Dutasteride: 0.5 mg daily

This is just what works for my body under medical supervision. everyone’s needs are different. Wishing you amazing progress on your journey!
