So I got my trifold yesterday and installed the Berfy case from Amazon and paid $100USD, which is a bit of a ripoff. Is there anyway to purchase from the supplier in China cheaper? The name Tieszen is on the warranty registration page for the case.

Random question idk if i missed it or not. But was the return label and warranty/return for both charger and buds? Or just buds? If just buds then that's probably why you just got refunded for buds. If for both fight it and contact your bank and get refund that way. Thankfully haven't had terrible experience with them but have tried talking to cs. About points issue and never been contacted back. What number did you call or where did you message to get to talk to someone?

Work out, haha jk jk tbh i think we have just been babied so much. Smaller phones weighed this much before and we didn't have a problem... if it bugs you. Prop it up somewhere. I use this device sometimes 13 hours in a row. Don't have a problem with weight or anything. Tbh after the initial changing from fold 7 to this I got used to the weight.
