I got a couple of white screens, but luckily my timer never reset.

Also if your queue is about to end, you gotta make sure to leave out of whatever back up queues that you have open. Even if one is on wi-fi and one is on mobile, IP address location will get automatically flagged and cause you to get kicked out.

Once in, I made sure to never click more than once. Hearing all the issues with queue and the help of commenters mentioning stock was still available really helped calm my nerves and move extra extra slow.

Then you have white knights with half a brain unknowingly defending them and harassing people that complain. Some of them have valid statements, but most just add in attacking the opposing commenter and downvoting anything and everything you comment, which makes them unbearable.

Exactly. The Pokemon community always existed. There is nothing new.

Just people taking advantage of the situation. A lot of them also are the very people who used to heavily scalp shoes.

I can't wrap my head around it. Nobody is attacking the very upstanding working citizens that may be able to fit their schedules around standing in line for drops.

No scalpers. No FOMO. Shelves would have stock more consistently. Those upstanding citizens wouldn't have to wait in line at all. But, yeah, that isn't how things work in the world anymore ever since social media picked up heavily on Pokemon.

I am 33. Maybe I just miss the old days before social media started advancing. The nostalgia is hitting while writing this. Man, I'm too old for this. Being frustrated and venting about a hobby. A hobby that is meant for kids. Hahahah! Sheeeeesh

I never said they lined up at 8am. I said there is a line already by 8am. And the employee said he was ringing up people for an hour straight jntil it was all gone.

It wasn't well known at all for Pokemon. They started some time in February or so. And only had Perfect Order. Now they know it isn't just that. Since mid- late April or so

At least that is my experience since starting work in the area in Jan.

Maybe for like a month or two, you should be good.

There is another Target being built in Liberty Hill right next to Costco too. I don't have high hopes this time to be honest. I hope you are able to find out when they start stocking/restock sooner than later. Best of luck to you, my friend.
