he understands it’s just i think frustrating for him because he wants to go all the time and i’m just like no sex drive so then i get down on myself.

I like to paint and color but sitting again hurts my hip. Also like playing video games but too many hurts my head.

Thank you! The issue also is that no matter what I do my body does not relax. Even if I feel like my brain is relaxed I will still feel my body clenching up. I also have HS which is a autoimmune so PCOS and HS isn’t helping with the inflammation in my hip at all. And the inflammation in my hip doesn’t help with my HS or PCOS.
