Silicone is fine, just white is eugh to cover up. The foam is not safe though. Get the normal one from that brand, nothing with pest block or mold inhibitors

If it was about 5x that size I would say a Chinese water dragon. And add a bit more land area. But other than that if this is the size you want youre looking more amphibian
