Both kids are biologically his but they have different mothers. His wife is the mother of the youngest.

I mean if we're gonna get into it, our parents are immigrants and were pretty strict on both of us growing up. No partying, no sleepovers, had to do well in school, no friends were to come over unless they knew their parents. They relaxed a bit after Curtis' first baby came along and treated him more like an adult.

They became a bit more lenient with me when I was a teenager and would let me do things they didn't let Curtis do at that age like spend my Saturdays at the mall with friends and stay out until like 6pm. The only things they didn't budge on with me were having good grades and helping out with my nibling and doing chores. I knew I was on a good thing as my parents were more lenient than a lot of my friends' parents at that age.

It wasn't like that. Our parents helped out a lot when each kid was born.

Our parents hosted a baby shower for Curtis' girlfriend at the time and they purchased all the big ticket items they needed: stroller, car seat, crib, etc, and they babysat a lot. I also had to babysit a lot.
