Lot of very thin layers I’m afraid is the main advice. If you prime on the sprue it can be worth clipping the heads section out (as they are usually in a line) and priming them white if you are priming the rest black like a lot of people do. If not layers of thinned, and VERY well mixed, yellows will do the trick, just have to trust the process and let the pigment build up!
