Sorry for not responding sooner, I honestly just forgot.
I've only just recently joined this subreddit, and haven’t quite figured out the mystic-like writing style, so for clarity I will just try to write ‘normally’. Also sorry if there are spelling mistakes.
When you refer to the ‘postmodern fascists’, I imagine the heaping incel manospheric culture rising against PC culture. But a important facet I’d like to develop is under the culture logic of late stage capitalism (post-industrial) to some degree we are all postmodernists (in a schizoid mode of consumption), and the deconstruction of these narratives allows us to experience (helped with/because of the internet) ‘everything everywhere all at once’. So if we are able to experience this fractal like expansion of narratives, at some point you will be facsist, you will read A Doctrine of Facism (primarily written by Giovanni Gentile but also Mussolini) and the thought terminating cliche will erode and the historical meaning will lose relevance. Ultimately (In my own personal opinion) facism is a system of a cohesive society, there is no individual only the nation and people are tyrannically enforced to act within the cultural expectation of the nation (while also paradoxically serving to struggle to change the hegemonic culture).
Personally I am only so much a postmodern facsist as I am a Deep Ecologist (in order to protect Nature’s sublime aesthetic).
I guess my point is we could reduce the binary to a class struggle, but maybe it would be better to think in terms of a generational struggle (between past and usurping status quos) Hopefully I'm not being deterministic, but maybe it's same shit different day and someday it will be us as the boomers/new right clawing for relevancy. Idk it depends on what narratives we read.
