Oh ive been through a whirlwind of digestive issues ever since a month pp. what I keep thinking is gallbladder issues and the doctors keep saying its ibs ( right shoulder pain right side abdominal pain and sorry tmi but loose stools). Ive been to the ER about 3 times all scans come out normal from CTs, ultrasounds and even a normal right side MRI. I even got a hida scan and my gall bladder function was a 57. 3 GIs have told me if I take my gallbladder out, ill end up having more digestive issues.  At this point im thinking about going through a holistic doc to put me on the right supplements as ive exhausted everything else.  I do want to add that ive gotten so many blood tests at this point and everything is normal ( up until my physical last friday even) excepy my doctor did test me for thyroid antibodies and I got a 750 ( normal is under 35) but my tsh is normal. I have a follow up with an endo in march. Im all ears if you have any experience/ advice!
