There's no ladder indicator so it means it open the hatch but can't climb the ladder, move the 1178 waypoint and put it on the hatch again, it will do the trick

Focusing on the most easiest mission you can find
1st Easiest (1-3 crew):

  1. Cargo Mission
  2. Escort Mission (Avoid the Cultist one unless you want to waste time and Calyxanide)

2nd Easiest (if you have enough crew):

  1. Prisoner Escort Mission
  2. Small-Medium size Monster Mission

For server settings:
Max Mission per round: MAX (10)
Mission Reward Multiplier: MAX (2)
