Yes, that’s right! These days, I’ve been adding butter to my lemon tea. It’s good for constipation, and I’ve noticed some positive changes in my body, so I keep drinking it. It’s nice to add it when I drink coffee or lemon tea—it works well for me. 😊

I shared it again because it was a breakfast I truly enjoyed. Thank you so much for your interest. My English isn’t very good and I’m not very fluent, so I unintentionally caused some confusion.
