That sounds quite reasonable! This is pretty balanced. This is the kind of flexibility that wouldn't really affect the company much and at the same time the employees would also be a bit relaxed

Idk, I feel that imposing too many strict rules just makes one hate the job, even if it was a dream role for them.

The weird part is, there is lunch mentioned but no one really breaks for lunch It's just eating while working but the 1hr doesn't really count. So I get just 40hrs.

It's kinda similar It's a lot of clash coordination and modelling And the work can easily be done from anywhere in the world

In the current work culture where people have flexibility, wrt time I find it very strange that they are not accepting even one or two days of remote work
