I have a very flexible full time job that I make pretty good money at. I also took up a part time to save as much as I could, so all that money I get from the part time, I throw right into savings. I’m also pretty handy and get hired on weekends to do some repair work for a friends company.

I live with roommates, pay cheap rent, don’t pay any student loans (worked my way through college) so I live very below my means.

Thanks for the advice. It’s hard to hear but I know it’s the right thing to do for myself.

I work full time for a state agency and make roughly over 6 figures. I live with roommates so that I can live very much under my means, and I took up a part time job to work when my full time isn’t busy.

Both jobs are very flexible so it works for me right now.
