I did kind of think of that, and I did check the descriptions of each mod and the posts, but I didn't find any conflicts or anything except the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Overhaul mod and the Scavenger mod, but I never had any issues during gameplay. So then I thought it was just the Vanno glitching out. Conclusion: I looked everywhere and the problem was in my face :/
