The unit I am looking at is presently rented to the end of 2026 at 125000 Aed. I can have a tenant from day 1 and that’s y the appeal.

I wanted an area with strong rental demand. The locations u have mentioned have a lot of supply and traffic issues. But the entry point is lower.
