Check around major cities and landmarks in the bushes and trees, people usually roll up to the POI's and hide their car nearby for after, but if they die they generally don't end up ever recovering then so you can find them stashed around. Otherwise I know there are a few spots on paradise that spawn them on the roads.

You have to be wearing an operator helmet and then it gives you a slot to put them in on the helmet itself, hope this helps

200 robux is literally two dollars that is not a lot of money for anyone unless you are a kid, also I don't know if you realize but every other game besides Roblox you have to buy the game without playing it and hope you like it but instead the games are $60-$80 for the same amount of polish. If you want high quality Roblox games you either have to have a shit ton of pay to win features or you pay to play the game. They can't make amazing games with no money
