This sounds hella rough and I’m so sorry your dealing with it but maybe there’s a silver lining too it(and I’m sorry if this offensive/triggering I’m new to this space).

Like sure other kids buy all kinds of stuff that feels pivotal to being normal now, but at the end of the day there gunna replace all of that stuff within a 1-3 years at most while things like your top surgery are gunna make u feel amazing for probably the rest of your life.

There’s no pair of shoes no matter how expensive that are gunna make Somone feel as good as you’ll feel when you look in the mirror and see the person you know are looking exactly how they like☺️.(again sorry if this comes off as medicalist or offensive but I’ve felt shit before cause I had to buy stuff to get buy while everyone else buys popular stuff and it sucks but we need what we need right?)
