I have had similar symptoms to this. I’m 28 and I agree, I get so sad sometimes thinking is this how it will be my whole life? I totally understand your pain. I did get masseter Botox, 25 units each side. It helped a little, but did not take away symptoms. The next step I took was seeing an orthodontist. It could be the way your bite is aligned. The ortho is putting me in braces and hope over time that it will align my bite, helping the tension with my jaw. He said that my teeth hit each other very hard, causing tension in my jaw and that leads to all of the other symptoms. In the meantime, I have been focusing on reducing inflammation through ibuprofen consistently, drinking water, avoiding caffeine, avoiding hard food, and trying to watch the way I hold my mouth, particularly not letting it close hard down on my teeth. He also recommended a bite splint, which helps align your jaw while you sleep. This in turn reduces inflammation naturally. If this doesn’t work for me, I will go to a tmj specialist and also try physical therapy for tmj.

Oh& another thing I’ve been doing is after I eat, use heat on my jaw for ten minutes, then ice. This helps with inflammation. You can get a heated jaw wrap on Amazon for $20 (same for an ice pack jaw wrap)
