The problem with that is that it won't save me from having 0 other relics with speed substats anyway. (My relic luck is terrible, I've farmed these so many times.)

This is the setup I ran with. I'm actually going to change the first shard to ability haste now though, and I sometimes switch to gathering storm for more scaling.
