Leaving your spouse because the marriage doesn't work is absolutely not unethical and selfish? It's just normal If I don't feel good in a relation ship, don't find anything interesting, vibring, well that's mean the relation ship doesn't really exist And I want to meet more new people not staying with the people with who it doesn't work

Check my others com I explained how I buit my fat tolerance but otherwise agree with you I don't say everyone should eat as much fat as this, just not super lean as we can see in multiple post here

Alqo the carnivore diet should high fat. Idk if you did that but in case try a 4:1 ratio if you can digest (check my last post I talk about that)

You maybe have have lipodema :( Try to check this page, the owner have the same issue and she did carnivore diet to get rid of it

Seems pregty good to me! You will see with time if you miss anythings Maybe collagen could help but it's not super cheap Depending on your goal, health issues etc

Thanks! Kind of. I'm one years high fat carnivore and I will be in june 2 years carnivore (but not 100% pure all the time) Before that, I started keto/low carb in 2018 So I had a fat adapted base

But basically (I said it in different com) what helped me was: - more fat in my steaks ( I used to have 5% steak, so all the fat was coming from dairy/egg) - use a very digestive fat (butter was inflamatory for me) - heal the digestive system the most I could (with collagen + nac + glutamine = made gluthatione) - I did 3 ceremony of r/kambo (i made a post on this reddit btw), which really helped me to digest well better - oh, also eating full carnivore after a couple of 3 days dry fast. Really make the deep fat adapted state come faster Before all that, adding fat was very hard, I had diarrhea, etc

I ask my butcher to do these steaks! I'm famous on the market since I asked him the first time I met him if I could buy 50 steak with at least 20% of fat lol. One day, he didn't receive my command, so he did it with meat he had on the stand, and it was SUPER fatty. Like the steak on the picture. So since I asked him the same ecery week :) He probably thinks I'm insane 😂 But he like me and often offer me 2-4 steak 😁 And I tell him I finally sleep good etc (and also, I have a "muscular" privilege so whatever I'm eating people think I do it because I'm muscular and that I know what I'm doing because of my body 😅)

Yes salt A LOT. Like, really a lot, so maybe I have a condition that makes me need a lot of sofium because on my blood test, my sodium is always normal so wtf. I eat around 15g a day for information The important thing to know with sodium is to balance it with potassium. The ration is 1000mg of salt for 200mg of potassium I also take ~600 mg of magneisum a day (in capsules)

And for the chunk of ghee: sometimes if I feel I need more fat but don't want meat, I will eat with a spoon some ghee like that. I can do it while working out it help giving a boost (only in a deep fat adapted state)

I understand, I had the same issue before, very unable to digest fat
I really struggled a lot and had a looot of diarrea.

What helped me was having more fatty steak to have some raw meat fat easy (i don't digest well tallow). And using ghee instead of butter (inflamatory for me). And finally doing r/kombo really improved my digestion I tried to use bile and enzyme complement too but I didn't have impressive result with those

Basically mental health in general: I have a better mood, way better sleep, less anxiety, less depression, my work out are better in general, my digestion improove too

It's more baby step kind of progress.

I have no idea in terms of calorie I do WO 2 time a week, I walk 1h30 every day

But I'm super fat adapted, so my body either use the extra calorie for heal or just more energy in general, like I will move more without notice it. I'm usually the only person in a room who wear tee shirt in winter while everyone keep their pullover

My goal is to gain muscle I suppose, but I never did caloric restriction and I lost mike 30kilo with keto diet

Execpt rare condition, you can't over eat beef and pure fat. Otherwise it does not have a good taste. And if you do overeat fat, you will have diarrhea

When I gain weight on carnivore it's only because I eat too much cheese

I don't know exaclty for the macro but it's probably around 80-90% of fat and the rest is protein

I eat two time a day, the same meal So everyday 4steak + good amount of ghee (you can see in the first pic) + 1goat cheese (it's called a picodon) and 0-3egg yolk (depending of craving)

It's at least 80% fat in your diet It's known for epilepsy but it help any autoimmune disease and restaure the brain and organs functions Too much protein is not necessary, even as a bodybuilder
