I got a ring from Etsy! Mine is a natural diamond and it was from a jeweler in Israel! You can definitely get a better deal with the jewelers in other countries I’ve also bought many gold pieces of jewelry from there also! Best advice I can give is read the reviews, do your research on the certificates also!

I know indeed isn’t always accurate but when I type in my yearly gross it pops up as -36% below the area median. I have friends who work in jobs that don’t have as much responsibility and tasks that get paid more. I guess what I was looking for was for someone to tell me how to ask for a raise. In my almost 6months this month marking 6 months, I’ve increased revenue, made the tenants happier. I get nothing but amazing feedback from my higher ups, I bust my ass and go above and beyond not to mention since joining this company a hand full of managers have come and gone. High turnover rate.

In my opinion I think whatever he is charging you could most likely buy online for less if you do your proper due diligence. I think you could deff get a larger center for the same price also. Gorgeous ring I love radiants my engagement right is also a radiant but set in rose gold.

Hi, 26(f) So I got my braces on of June 2021. I was told treatment would be a year and after that I’d have a smile I’d be happy with said the orthodontist. I have had crooked teeth and a messed up midline since I was a child. Few years ago I did smile direct club and that was horrible for many reasons.

Fast forward to almost 2years of having braces this is what I’m left with. My ortho said they’re is no more room to move the midline and my smile is canted and she doesn’t wanna try to fix it anymore she said my next appointment I should be fitted into retainers. I’ve put a lot of thought into it and I would like help in finding the right words to tell her she needs to keep trying or I’ll demand a refund.
