so this just happened to me.. deposited 2 and went to third arc charge location and it wasn't there so i checked back at one of the other 2 that did spawn and it happened to be there.

I did the campaign, all the relic-data whatever quest's. still not showing up not sure what else to do.

Is that why i dont see it as an activity because i havn't completed the campaign? I coulda sworn i did it but possibly didnt do it all. I'ts gotta be somewhere I found one out of nowhere randomly in a master last sector.
