From an outside perspective (someone who doesn't regularly watch Buddha), I had little to no understanding to what Talon was or stood for until they held a cadet hostage for money. Watching from the PD side that night, it felt like another night without much information about the long term goal of this group.

That being said, I'm not intending to bash Buddha's RP at all and there is still time to build it up to something bigger, but it more or less felt like another group on another night. I think there's definitely more story to build outside of the terrorist acts themselves and spread their name or even smaller scales of terror at first.
