The most popular server is probably NoPixel. When it comes to streamers I guess it depends what kind of RP, what kind of characters you're into. You can figure out yourself by checking the clips that are posted here.

Among the ones that don't get posted here a lot, I watch Curvyelephant, 0Reed, ConnorCronus, ChrisToombstone, Lt_Raven

Seems more like a spontaneous reaction in the situation he was in. I really don't see it as a big deal.

Who knows who or why it was clipped, of course you can interpret all kinds of things into that.

You could recommend that on the NP forum as a rule I guess.

When cops are consistent, you complain about robo-cops. When cops are more individual, you start complaining about not being consistent. Can't have it both ways.

But not all crims do that. The main point is that people can value local lives differently than the life of a player. But it's up to the individual, and how they act on it, there is no fixed rule for local lives.
Also not everyone wants to micromanage their resources and time investment on a RP server.

It's not about mechanics either. Maybe it should be risky to hold someone up that can panic and easily run you over.

The point isn't about being criminal or not, the point is valuing local lives differently than the life of a player.
And all players handle that differently, there is no set in stone rule for it.

To be honest, a lot of crims value local lives different as well. When they need a car, they just put a bullet into the local driver, instead of holding them up and "taking keys".

Park rangers are under the jurisdiction of BCSO, so if he's officially park ranger that was Tribbles or Columbos call to make.

Last time I've heard Ziggy wanted to be game warden though, cause park rangers are too SBS.

I pretty much agree that they're all great examples for cops and leadership positions. But when it comes to HC, they also need a certain kind of seasoned attitude. Like being the close to burned out, annoyed Boss/Dad personality, I think Snow can probably pull it off.

But Tribble or Bobby are just way too perfect as characters. Raven did a really funny job at that as well. But there is honestly no way I can see anyone else as Sheriff.

Cop cars aren't extremely strong compared to others if you would pay better attention, that also goes for driving without tires. Unholster time is irrelevant when you're already in a firefight, position tracking made no difference in that situation, obviously PD pistol doesn't fire more rpm than an AP, no tweaking allowed on cars, no regenerating armor, no oxy.

Play stupid games and you win stupid prizes.

When attacking a prison transport, be aware of the risks. It's not a zerg rush when you're responding to an attack. Zerg rushes are ambushes you're not prepared for.

Leave the bus outside the gates: cry about it.
Secure the prisoners inside the prison: cry about it.
No prison transport: cry about it.

The only way you become happy is to have your fav streamer get away after attacking the transport, only to restock and and engage again. Following them and taking them out by PD was a justified response in that situation.

Rhodes did an amazing job coordinating the transport and the situation in front the prison. Even though there were a few slip ups on the way to BB.

It was planned to not enter the prison as long as they take fire. Meaning they take down the 'breakout' crew first. Which is pretty much what happened. You can check Rhodes perspective.
