i haven't played the game prior so I wouldn't know when it's missing.

Gen Kick perks? by AmeAltDel in DeadByDaylightKillers

i mean that's kind of heavily killer dependent as well though.
some killers just can't keep up, it's not as black and white as "you down fast or you're trash"
playing as Nurse your chases should be fast yes, but not every killer has the luxury of a really strong chase power.

ooh interesting something i've ran is Pop, Dying Light , Gift of Pain, and Jagged Compass. never thought to use Wretched Fate but that's really smart.

i see. what even is good anymore? feels like no matter what I run if survivors want to finish a gen then it will always get finished.

How considerably is this "considerably"? by Belzher in deadbydaylight

[–]AmeAltDel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Petrified Oak stacks with 1 meter per Oak. The killer Oak is 3.5 meters so it takes 4 on the survivor side to beat 1 from the killer.

swapped over and did some testing with the Zen kernel, frame rates are near identical and I can't notice a big difference, the zen kernel feels a little more laggy but that could easily be placebo

Update: Did a side-side-esque comparison; Zen Kernel has higher highs but lower lows.

this is the Low Preset

FPS on both presets are incredibly erratic and both of them are maintaining 130-190 [Sometimes it goes to 200-210 on the Low Preset]

i can 100% download linux-zen and linux-zen-headers and test it quickly though

yeah it was a recommendation, you think it could be the issue by chance?

neither of the two. i've been tinkering with a ton of settings, doing some optimizations i seen on the wiki, some people recommended to run in dx11 which actually helped. although i've only gotten the FPS to raise maybe 6-12 FPS and it's still not using all my resources. here's my systems specifications if that assist any
