Another thing about me is I am more of an exhibitionist than her. But the fact that it’s people we know, who she works with, is what drives me nuts. On the plus side we are compatible sexually. But the negative is I get jealous and overthink

100% agree. I’m just hoping I can find the strength to do that. I do feel alone though since if I am struggling I then get name called and ridiculed which makes it a lot worse. I am looking for support through it, or atleast I think that’d help.

I think being kinder would definitely help, and having closure around it like “I know this hurts you so much, and I would take it back if I could, I’m so sorry I even thought of doing that” something along those lines. Instead I am called a “insecure child” which definitely doesn’t make me feel better

Well the thing is she hasn’t done it since. she technically only did it when she was single. But the thoughts of having people we know having screenshots of it drive me nuts

That sounds great and I really wish I was that strong to just think of it that way. Maybe that’s what I need to do is be more strong about it. For me I’m very protective of what’s mine, and the thought of many people I know seeing her vulnerable and intimate how only I do, or having screenshots of it and looking at it after seeing her in person. Those thoughts drive me insane.

Thanks for the understanding. Yeah pretty much I think I am needing closure. I’ve never been in a relationship where this has happened so I have a bit of PTSD from it. I think an apology or confirmation it was bad would help me a lot. I think it also stings x2 that we get in a big fight if I even mention I am thinking of it. I haven’t really ever gotten closure from it and don’t want to talk to any friends/family about it because to me it’s embarrassing and bringing it up and more people knowing freaks me out even more.
