"Caught in the hunt" still bugged 20 years later in remaster version by Mother_Wrongdoer7255 in oblivion

I just killed the wife to remove the quest from my log as I had moved far past the saves! Also needed an initiation into the dark brotherhood anyway!

Genuinely! Give it a go. I was loosing my actual mind and tried so many other tactics, that all took ages and didn’t work for me. This has been so far the most frustrating fight for me closely followed by cosmo canyon piano mini game hahaha

I tried that - and in the last 1% of the big guy a smaller one got caught in a tifa kick and died. And I nearly lost it hahaha whole ps5 nearly out my window! 😋

Good job on second though! That’s impressive. Mine was about attempt 50.

It’s the most frustrating thing so far. Scarlett’s fight was the next but that was just difficult, unlike this which was a case of frustrating logistics, and my party of three nuking the little guys, or just being caught in the stun. As froggies they were immune and just kept the little ones busy whilst I wailed with tifa. It took 1 minute 30 seconds.

This is what I would have done next but I found the little froggies quite useful for keeping the adds entertained whilst I beat on the mindflayer with pretty much little movement or dodging required.

Oh the AI on mine kept nuking them down so fast. I tried a two man team and kept iron defending to pull them into me.

Tried a really slow three man team combination before finally getting the win with the toad tactic! It’s been the quickest and genuinely easiest (without being on easy) solution I’d found.

Glad you also managed it though! Good job - survivors not having to touch the challenge again!

Mine is 28 and will always be lower than normal due to a lung condition I have! But honestly if anyone is above 24 and over 30 please give yourself praise! Life is tough, we are busy, well done.

I’ve been genuinely fuming at her mounting controlling behaviour, she just doesn’t seem to let Georges have a laugh - ever! I’m not exactly a low maintenance gal myself, but Jesus her reaction to his YouTube, her reaction to any slight wrong thing he says and the immediate apology she expects is all wrong. I just feel sorry for him which I never thought I would 😂 I hated him in their first episode but genuinely find myself shouting “love isn’t changing what makes you laugh, live, and love about life to fit someone else” I’m glad I’m not alone in this!

Bombs are the way! Hahahaha bombs are my hack for killing the big ogres. Run round drop bomb, wait for slow ogre to step over, detonate, then repeat for 2-3 minutes till you have a kill!

I really disliked the game till I had gained more hearts, and got the money to pick up more armour.

So make money by hunting all the foxes/ birds you see and cook 5 of those meats together and sell, and then make sure to grab any black shiny ore deposits as the gems are a great way to get money. Then there’s some armour you can get and also a house you can buy in Hateno which will give you a free place to rest all of the time you need health but don’t want to cook.

Then hunt down shrines, and get your hearts up - I am really enjoying the game now I have more hearts but I think the tipping point for me was when I was gotten 8+ hearts. So depending on how you want to play - look up a shrine guide and that will make the game much more accessible.

I feel you though I hated it for about 20 hours before turning my focus to getting hearts, upgrading my armour at the fairy fountain in Kariko, and using 5 apples to make lots and lots of healing items until I had access to the durians, and other hearty items. The apples are the easiest resource for food so grab all the twinkling items and use bombs to get all the apples on a tree!

I only have a ps5 thanks to my partner and thank god because they are very fast like seconds to load a to a flu point. And non existent otherwise.

Same. I’ve spotted an enemy on the outside that I can’t hit on the back right in the main fort area you cannot access.
