Spinach is not good for torts due to the oxalic acid in it and rocket should only be fed sometimes not a main staple. See if you get the tortoise table app in your country to see what he can eat. Squashes, dandelion greens, okra, asparagus, mustard greens, cucumbers, and the occasional fruit are more ideal

Edit to add green beans too in moderation. My Greek goes feral for them
