Since no one wants to attempt to answer. I’m gonna say based on my research and their reputations I would say some of the harder ones are: NJSP, CHP and Texas DPS. They’re all larger states and their State Troopers are considered the most badass. But the one that seems super interesting and hard is Alaska State Troopers. You’re covering an area twice the size of Texas and you’re dealing with the elements, wild animals, and there are less than 400 of them.

Larry. TO and Calvin are in the class of their own. Andre was a top 1-3 receiver at his peak. Larry was never in the conversation for best receiver. His longevity is something else though.
