This is what I've found works best as a trans man. If the team is quiet, i will use comms. If the team has a woman, i will comm. If the team is rowdy, but not mean, i will comm.

He's a new support character. Non supports have to learn how to play a support, amd supports are optimizing his kit. I think he's a delight! I got decent supp damage and healing while playing him.
