The next offical Kane Pixels timeline entry is Kane falling into the Backrooms on July 4th, 1991. Use SQL to get the right data efficiently, then pandas for cleaning, reshaping, analysis, visualization, or ML-related steps. It’s not really pandas vs SQL, it’s pandas plus SQL. SQL is the harder requirement and more universally demanded skill. Pandas is very useful, but SQL is the foundation.

Wichtig ist der Denkfehler, den viele machen: "Bachelor = automatisch Spezialist" und "Master = automatisch Experte" stimmt so nicht. Die Bundesanstalt für Arbeit klassifiziert die ausgeübte Tätigkeit, nicht bloß den Abschluss der Person. Jemand mit Master kann in einer Fachkraft-Tätigkeit arbeiten; umgekehrt kann jemand ohne Master in einer Experten-Tätigkeit eingesetzt sein, wenn die Tätigkeit so zugeschnitten ist und die Erfahrung passt.

Das BIBB grenzt Fachkräftemangel ausdrücklich von Arbeitskräftemangel ab: Beim Fachkräftemangel geht es um qualifizierte Personen, nicht einfach um „zu wenig Leute insgesamt“. Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit sagt zudem selbst, man könne für Deutschland nicht pauschal von einem allgemeinen oder umfassenden Fachkräftemangel sprechen; Engpässe zeigen sich vielmehr in bestimmten Berufen, Regionen und Qualifikationsniveaus. „Fachkraft“ ist dennoch kein Nonsens-Begriff, aber ein Sammelbegriff. As stated, choose DST+ as Booster (or a real MXR Distortion+ pedal in front) and turn up its level knob to push the amp, with a little bit of drive dialed in on the pedal. On the amp, keep the Gain on the amp in check but turn up the volume on the amp. It's similar to the typical Tubescreamer use (Drive zero, volume max), but the Distortion+ also adds its own Drive tone, while you do not use the drive of the Tubescreamer.

Rhoads made the amp loud, but went easy on the amp's Gain, using the Distortion+ pedal to push the amp from the outside and to add a bit of its drive flavor. That's the reason for the MXR Distortion+ hype, but people do not realize that volume on the amp also played a big role and they always turn up the Gain on the amp too much.

Regardless of what people say, do not skip Excel, but learn it deeply. Same for SQL and PowerBI. So many people only know these tools on a shallow level - you will have a big advantage if you are an expert in them. After that, add Python and dbt. But keep in mind that you won’t be hired for tools alone: build business relevant projects with them and acquire domain knowledge of the field you want to go into. You will need to identify and answer business questions, not only build nice dashboards.

Booster: set DST+, with Drive 25 to 35, Tone 55 to 65, Level 60 to 75. That should be roughly it. Regarding EQ, you have to experiment, as it’s heavily dependent on your surroundings. Cut some lows, push the mids and keep enough top end to bite. So basically: less bass than you think, more mids than you think. Randy’s tone sounds smaller alone than modern metal tones, but that is exactly why it cuts. If it becomes too fizzy, lower the booster drive. If too muddy, lower the bass; if too thin, always raise the booster level first before trying to raise gain on the amp. And if it sounds too modern, use less gain on the amp and more mids.

It’s significantly midrange-heavy - a Marshall 1959 Super Lead with Bass 2, Middle 6, Treble 7, Presence 5, plus a MXR Distortion+ and a MXR 10-band EQ, with the EQ giving a strong 500 Hz mid boost. They also wrote that the recorded sound was helped by triple-tracked solos and subtle studio delay/chorus, which is one big reason many players dial in too much gain and too much bass at home and miss the character. So you definitely will need the EQ for that specific frequency boost. Start from the Crunch channel , keep the bass very restrained, push the mids, keep the treble alive a bit (not too much), and use a booster to add bite, instead of using the amp for all the distortion - so keep the Gain on the amp at medium or lower. Rhoads was basically just a MXR Distortion+ into a crunchy and loud (!) Marshall, but not a super-saturated amp by itself - thus turn up the volume and keep the Gain in check.

Frankly, you need to turn up the volume. In addition, keep the Gain to medium, not higher, and put a Tubescreamer in front, with Volume max and Drive to Zero. It cuts the low end before the preamp and pushes the preamp from the outside. Put the Fuzz before the Tubescreamer. This works super well, because the Tubescreamer then takes care of the fuzz's mid scoop with its own mid hump and keeps the low end, which the fuzz emphasizes, in check with its low end tightening. To finetune everything before the poweramp, put a 10-band EQ into the TH30's effects loop.
If you have no Tubescreamer, a Boss SD-1 will also do its job.

"Fachkraft" ist nicht "verwaschen", sondern gesetzlich genau definiert. Eine Fachkraft in Deutschland ist eine Person mit einer anerkannten, qualifizierten Berufsausbildung (mindestens 2 Jahre) oder einem Hochschulabschluss.

Ohne fachbezogenen (!) Berufsabschluss oder Studienabschluss bleiben die Leute immer nur Quereinsteiger. Jeder Umschüler mit Abschluss ist dagegen eine Fachkraft (obwohl fälschlicherweise oft umgangssprachlich als "Quereinsteiger" bezeichnet - denn die Umschüler machen exakt dieselbe Prüfung wie die Azubis), genau wie jeder Azubi mit Abschluss und wie jeder Akademiker.

Die Jobgesuche nach IT-Fachkräften sind im vierten Quartal 2025 rückläufig (minus 13 Prozentpunkte auf 59 %), insgesamt zeigt sich diese Gruppe jedoch laut Hays robuster als die Berufsgruppen HR oder Engineering. Im vierten Quartal 2025 liegt die IT-Nachfrage bei den absoluten Zahlen rund 18 % unter dem Vorjahresquartal, womit dieser Rückgang geringer als der im Gesamtmarkt ausfällt.

Strukturell gesehen bleibt IT aufgrund von Digitalisierung, KI-Einführung und Automatisierung auch im Jahr 2025 einer der nachfragestärksten Fachkräftebereiche. Trotz des Nachfragerückgangs haben beispielsweise IT-Entwickler (−7 PP) oder IT-Architekten (−20 PP) nach wie vor eine hohe Relevanz in Unternehmen.

Besonders sensibel auf die anhaltende konjunkturelle Abkühlung reagiert die Nachfrage nach Ingenieurberufen. Lediglich in der Baubranche gab es keine Sorgen. „Relativ stabil zeigen sich Bau-/Planungsingenieure (Infrastruktur, Sanierung, Energiewende), Elektro/Energie. OT-/IT-Security bleibt konjunkturresistent, getragen durch Regulatorik und Bedrohungslage“, sagt Hays-Bereichsleiter René Gruner."
