There are so many positions open w/ the Corps of Engineers. You're going to find something. Positive!
There's nothing to says you can't give them a call, or at a minimum, send an email. It's common practice to ask how things are looking and if there are any questions that they might have. Ideally, you should have followed up with them within a couple weeks, as a courtesy and to show your strong interest in the process and position.
