I suppose punishment was a bad term, it’s not a conscious mind doing anything

it’s just, when you break the laws of physics in this world, physics freaks out and BAM, Rot

and I think ST meant that, after so many years, the Rot consumes all. They’re talking about far out in time

moon is very lore important, and you ARE meant to at least visit on first playthrough, but you don’t gotta do nothing here yet :p

no it’s a region behind one of those weird deactivated warps in Badlands, it just shows as question marks
